I understand that I must provide valid photographic ID (passport or driving licence) and proof of address before my exam entry can be confirmed.

I agree to comply with all JCQ and awarding body regulations.
I understand that any breach of exam rules may result in disqualification or invalidation of results.

I consent to The Tuition College Examination Centre receiving, handling, and securely storing my results and certificates.
I understand that results I will need to attend the Centre to collect my results in person, and certificates can be collected or posted once issued by the awarding body.

I consent to The Tuition College contacting me via email, phone, or text message about my exam entry, timetable, results, or any related updates.

I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of the candidate named in this form and give my consent for their exam registration under the terms stated above.
